Plongeur depuis le millieu des années 50, il a fonctionné comme instructeur pour la première fois en 1959, au sein de la Fédération britannique [http://www.bsac.com/ BSAC], fédération devenue ultérieurement un des membres fondateurs lors de la création du CMAS. Robin est devenu instructeur [http://www.padi.com/scuba/?LangType=1036  PADI] et [https://www.daneurope.org/fra/francais_.htm DAN Europe ] en 2002 et pour le brevet [http://www.emergencyfirstresponse.com/french/ 'Première réponse en cas d'urgence'] en 2003. Il a délivré plus que 200 certifications à tous niveaux depuis.
Robin est aussi certifié en tant que mélangeur de gaz (nitrox, trimix) et technicien O<sub>2</sub>  [http://www.naui.org/ NAUI] N<sup><small><u>o</u></small></sup> 007 (si, pas de blague!).<br/>

Robin has been diving dince the mid 1950s and first gave instruction in 1959 as a member of the British Sub Acqua Club (BSAC). BSAC later became a founding member of CMAS. Robin bcame an instructor for  [http://www.padi.com/scuba/?LangType=1033  PADI] and [http://www.daneurope.org/web/guest;jsessionid=004E9A1B84B83FB67616D415319C7D50 DAN Europe] in 2002 and for the [http://www.emergencyfirstresponse.com Emergency First Response] First Aid organization in 2003. Since then, he has given more than 200 PADI diving certifications at all levels.</p>
Robin is a qualified gas blender (nitrox, trimix) and O<sub>2</sub> technician  [http://www.naui.org/ with NAUI], card number 007 (no kidding!).</p>
