Plongeur depuis le millieu des années 50, il a fonctionné comme instructeur pour la première fois en 1959, au sein de la Fédération britannique BSAC, fédération devenue ultérieurement un des membres fondateurs lors de la création du CMAS. Robin est devenu instructeur PADI et DAN Europe en 2002 et pour le brevet 'Première réponse en cas d'urgence' en 2003. Il a délivré plus que 200 certifications à tous niveaux depuis.
Robin est aussi certifié en tant que mélangeur de gaz (nitrox, trimix) et technicien O2 NAUI No 007 (si, pas de blague!).

Professeur Emérite à la Faculté de Médecine, Robin est toujours chercheur médical à plein temps.

Robin has been diving dince the mid 1950s and first gave instruction in 1959 as a member of the British Sub Acqua Club (BSAC). BSAC later became a founding member of CMAS. Robin bcame a PADI and DAN Europe instructor in 2002 and for the certification 'Emergency First Response' en 2003. Since then, he has given more than 200 PADI diving certifications at all levels.
Robin is a qualified gas blender (nitrox, trimix) and O2 technician with NAUI, card number 007 (no kidding!).
He teaches at CPPLO with Enea (link), Heidi (link), and Olivier (link).
Robin is Emeritus Professor at Geneva's Faculty of Medicine and is still a full time medical research worker.
